Pocket Full of Rosies
The new collection will be online later today, here is a sample layout that I made with it. I traced the chipboard template and cut out a silhouette to frame the picture of CJ and layered that on top of half of the turquoise label. I used rub-on and journaling around the edge of the label to tell the story of the pictures. I layered that on top of the striped paper and the Frost Dot Cardstock is the backgound paper. The green cardstock above the striped paper is cut out of the Branch out cardstock. Then I embellished with rub-ons, felt letters and flowers.

Thinking of You
Sadly another sympathy card, this time to give to our cousin. Here I cut various sized roses from the patterned paper and layered them with foam pop dots to give the flowers dimension. I wish I had beautiful handwriting so I could have wrote the "Thinking of" above the you, but instead I used "chit chat" rub-ons from Stampin' Up! All the ribbon, papers and letters were from next month's Pocket Full of Rosies collection.

Sympathy Card
A friend of mine lost his father recently and this is the card I made for him. I used next month's Collection and these awesome Maya Road Corduroy Flowers they are the perfect add ons for this kit. I have been trying to get them in for months and they were worth the wait!

Thank you card
This card is a sample of what is to come in next month's Pocket Full of Rosies Colection! The colours in this kit are vibrant and refreshing, many of the papers come from Sassafras Lass but there are also some great "label" sheets and chipboard from companies like Jenni Bowlin and Maya Road. The owl is cut out from a patterned paper in January's kit. It's hard to see from the scan but the flowers and the owl's nose are sparkled up with clear Stickles which is also coming in the kit.

Birthday Gift
Today is my husband's birthday, and this gift was made for him also by Tammy. It's a beautifully wrapped set of imported beers with a matching card. I just loved the way she used the Just the edge strips of starts and how she jazzed them up with dot outlines and the pearls in the middle. Certainly one talented paper crafter~thank you Tammy!
Valentine surprise!
I thought I'd share a special valentine that I received from my great friend and designer Tammy Wark. (see her blog for more details) She knows I'm mad about paper craft cupcakes since our chipboard cupcake tins arrived. So she made me this fabulous gift set, as you open the pages you find sprinkles, icing, and cupcake mix. The pocket on the outside hold gummy hearts. It's the cutest thing I've ever seen and i just had to share!
